OpEx Freight DSP is a veteran-owned logistics company contracted by Amazon to deliver packages through the Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. We focus on operational excellence, safety, and outstanding service.

Where is OpEx Freight based?
We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and currently operate throughout the surrounding region.

Driver Requirements

What are the requirements to become a delivery driver?
To qualify, applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older

• Have a valid state-issued driver’s license (Class C or equivalent)

• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Have a clean driving record

• Be physically able to lift packages up to 50 lbs

Do I need a commercial driver’s license (CDL)?
No. A CDL is not required for our Amazon delivery vans.

Do I need previous delivery experience?
No. We provide paid training for all new hires.

Scheduling & Hours

What are the standard shift hours?
Shifts are typically 8 to 10 hours per day. We operate 7 days a week.

Can I choose my own schedule?
We offer flexible scheduling but require availability on weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

What is the starting pay?
Pay starts at $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Job Duties

What does a typical delivery day involve?

• Load packages at the Amazon delivery station

• Deliver to 150–200 stops using a company van

• Follow a pre-planned route with GPS

• Return to base after deliveries

• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction
  
  

Will I drive my personal vehicle?
No. All drivers use company-provided Amazon-branded vans.

Do you provide uniforms?
Yes. Uniforms and safety vests are provided at no cost.

Is there help available during my shift?
Absolutely. Our dispatch and support team is available throughout the day to assist drivers.
